GRAHAM WALDON MANAGEMENT CONSULTANTS is a Perth based consultancy with affiliations with similar consultancies in other capital cities of Australia.

We are able because of our smaller size to offer a service that is both highly professional and more personal than is often provided by the larger recruitment and human resources consultancies.

All of our consultants are experienced practitioners who have previously had very successful careers in Human Resources Management roles in large mining/resources companies. All of our consultants have worked for companies that have been recognised as leaders in their own field. Our consultants have assisted in pioneer work in HR issues which have supported these companies.

Unlike many Human Resources consultancies that specialise in perhaps just recruitment we are able to offer a complete range of Human Resources Management services with a high degree of professional expertise.

Graham Waldon has more than 25 years professional experience in employee relations and human resources management roles in a variety of industries including mining (bauxite, coal and gold), agribusiness and fertilisers and chemicals. He graduated from the Advanced Management Programme at Harvard Business School in Boston, Massachusetts in 1995 and since 1997 has been principal of GWMC. During that time GWMC has conducted expatriate recruitment and HR consulting assignments on site in Ghana, Zimbabwe, Tanzania and Zambia for large and small international and Australian companies including BHP Billiton, AngloGold Ashanti, Barrick, Placer Dome and Equinox Minerals.

GWMC is able to offer professional assistance with executive recruitment, HR strategic planning, HR policy development, job design, job evaluation (job sizing), remuneration policy design, employee performance management systems and processes and industrial/employee relations.
